1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gc22", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gc22 platform operated at gc22.io and all services provided through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gc22 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the gc22 platform.
• "Platform" means the gc22 website at gc22.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, promotional offers, and support services accessible through it.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your gc22 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus money awarded to your Account pursuant to a gc22 promotion, which are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process gc22 requires players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gc22. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during the gc22 account registration process; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) accessing or using any part of the gc22 Platform after these Terms have been published.

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (iii) you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gambling or sports betting services; and (iv) all information you provide to gc22 is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gc22 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gc22 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended gc22 Account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the gc22 Platform, or from any other gambling platform under a multi-operator self-exclusion scheme that includes gc22.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of gc22 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.

gc22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on gc22, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one gc22 Account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If gc22 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, gc22 may close all such accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently prohibit that individual from re-registering.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gc22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Accuracy: You must notify gc22 promptly if any of your registered details change. gc22 may require re-verification of identity following a change of registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: gc22 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank internet banking, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. gc22 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All deposits are credited to your gc22 BDT wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gc22 targets a credit time of 60 seconds for mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) following payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your gc22 Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is ৳2,00,000 per day for standard verified accounts. Higher limits may be available upon request and subject to enhanced verification.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• gc22 targets a withdrawal processing time of one hour for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to the initial KYC review.
• gc22 does not charge withdrawal fees. Charges imposed by the receiving payment provider are outside gc22's control.

Source of Funds: gc22 may, at its discretion, request information regarding the source of funds deposited to your Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or suspended pending resolution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gc22 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds awarded under any gc22 promotion must be wagered a minimum number of times — the applicable Wagering Requirement — before the corresponding value becomes withdrawable. The specific Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page in English at the time the offer is presented to the player.

Eligible Games: Not all games on the gc22 Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the applicable promotion terms. As a general guide: live casino table games typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100% unless otherwise stated, and sports betting markets may have variable contribution rates as specified per offer.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered and converted within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without notice. The validity period is stated in English on every promotion page.

Abuse of Promotions: gc22 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion and to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings in circumstances where gc22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been abused, exploited, or obtained through misrepresentation. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

7. Game Rules & Betting Markets

Each casino game and sports betting market available on the gc22 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game or market interface. These individual game rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Casino Games: All casino games on gc22 are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game studio and are available from within the game interface. gc22 does not alter game RTP parameters.

Sports Betting: All sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by gc22's system and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that bet. In-play betting odds update continuously during live events; a bet is not confirmed until the system issues a confirmation reference. gc22 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error in odds pricing, technical malfunction, or where the integrity of an event is in doubt.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: manifest pricing error; event cancellation or abandonment before the applicable outcome is determined; technical failure that prevents correct settlement; or where gc22 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or corrupt conduct in relation to the relevant event. Void bets are settled at the original stake with no additional winnings or losses applied.

Maximum Win Limits: gc22 applies maximum win limits per bet and per player per day. These limits vary by game and market type and are specified within the relevant game or market rules. gc22 reserves the right to reduce a player's maximum win limit where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of game mechanics or pricing anomalies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gc22 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one gc22 Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users through the Platform's interface.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in any game or Platform functionality to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of such errors are void and subject to recoupment.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to live poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using gc22 as a conduit for any form of financial fraud or illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to conceal your true location or identity.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using fictitious details, or in any manner that constitutes bonus abuse as determined by gc22 at its reasonable discretion.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with gc22 support. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and referral to debt recovery processes.

9. Responsible Gaming

gc22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. gc22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders that will notify you when a specified duration of play has elapsed during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period your Account remains visible but no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the gc22 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour and result in permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated. This option is appropriate if gambling has become a serious problem for you.

10. Platform Security

gc22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and communications on the Platform to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted between your device and gc22 servers. gc22 also operates two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for registered players, which is strongly recommended and available to all Accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and software you use to access gc22 are free from malicious software, keyloggers, and other security threats. gc22 will not be responsible for losses arising from compromised device security on your end.

gc22 monitors login activity and will alert you by notification if access to your Account is detected from an unrecognised device or geographic location. If you receive such an alert and do not recognise the access, you must change your password immediately and contact gc22 support.

gc22 will never ask you to provide your full password, PIN, or OTP code via email, live chat, or any communication initiated by gc22. Any communication purporting to be from gc22 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by You: You may close your gc22 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Suspension or Closure by gc22: gc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including minimum age.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Request by a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Extended inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. gc22 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying an inactivity status. An account administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period.

Where gc22 suspends or closes an Account due to Prohibited Conduct, gc22 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, gc22 may forfeit the withheld Balance in full. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, the withheld Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within seven business days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc22's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your gc22 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether or not gc22 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

gc22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to games, betting markets, or account services. gc22 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gc22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gc22 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and by displaying a prominent notice on the gc22 Platform homepage for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms most recently published at gc22.io/terms-conditions is the version currently in force. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting gc22 support.
